Refund policy

Arcane Amulets is operated by BEAG RETAIL LLC. This policy explains our voluntary 30-day return offer and does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to your purchase.

  1. 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email contact@arcaneamulets.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Our customer-service team will provide the return instructions and the applicable return address.

Important: Do not send a return parcel directly to the manufacturer or supplier, or to the business address, unless our team explicitly confirms that it is the correct return destination. A parcel sent to an unapproved address may not reach us or be processed. This does not limit any statutory rights that apply to your order.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day offer, items should be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, except where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law requires us to pay. Keep your postage receipt and tracking details until your return is complete.

  1. Partial refunds under the voluntary return offer

Where applicable, only a partial refund may be granted for an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part, or for an item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  1. Statutory cancellation rights (EU & UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel an online goods purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return offer is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, any statutory right.

To exercise a statutory cancellation right, email contact@arcaneamulets.com before the applicable deadline. You then generally have 14 days to send the goods back. You are responsible for the direct return postage cost where the law allows and where we have informed you of this cost before purchase. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; where permitted by law, we may deduct for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

For a statutory cancellation, we will refund the standard delivery charge where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we may refund only the cost of the least expensive standard option, as permitted by law. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, where the law allows.

  1. Refunds

Once a return is received and checked, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we will meet the applicable legal refund deadline. For other returns under our voluntary 30-day offer, we aim to process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Original shipping charges for voluntary returns outside a statutory cancellation period are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  1. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing time may be needed before a refund appears. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact contact@arcaneamulets.com.

  1. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please contact contact@arcaneamulets.com as soon as reasonably possible, including your order number and photographs where helpful. This request does not shorten or replace any statutory rights. We will explain the available remedy and arrange or reimburse return shipping where required.

  1. Model cancellation form

You may use this form to exercise a statutory cancellation right, but you do not have to use it.
